The R-3 District is intended to: Establish and preserve single-family attached residential districts in the Town.; Permit medium-density type, owner-occupied, single-family attached residential development in a manner that is consistent with providing a high-quality suburban character as set forth in the Town of Grand Chute Comprehensive Plan and components.; Be served by public sanitary sewer and water supply facilities.; Be used as a transitional district between the less dense RSF District and other higher density residential districts and other commercial and industrial districts.; Areas of open space may also be provided in this district in order to maintain this character. The options in this district promote open space and natural resource base protection. The requirements for the various options available under the provisions of this district are intended to reinforce the open nature of the Town's suburban environment.
