Public Remarks: Four of seven lots are already spoken for at Creekside Estates, a new 7-lot subdivision in Elkhorn, WI. Lot 4 offers 2.18 acres on Potter Road with a clean rectangular shape that maximizes your buildable footprint. Over 2 acres of level, open land ready for your builder. R-1 zoning with outbuildings permitted and no exclusive builder requirement. Soil tested, electric and gas available, access via Potter Rd. 7 minutes to downtown Elkhorn, 15 minutes to Lake Geneva. Final plat approved at the Town, City, County, and State level. Lot 1 and Lot 6 are also available. Acreage with this kind of flexibility and no builder restrictions is increasingly hard to come by in Walworth County. Bring your builder. Bring your vision. Build your way.
One of four newly created buildable parcels in the town of Spring Prairie, this wooded homesite features mature hardwoods in a gently rolling setting near the tranquil Sugar Creek. This plot is 7.18 acres in size and is zoned C2 for residential use. Homes in this area will require a private well and septic system.
As the MLS and public records start to fill up, we'll list the details here.

Prime Agricultural Land District
The primary purpose of this district is to maintain highly productive exclusive agricultural lands in food and fiber production by effectively limiting encroachment of non-agricultural development and minimizing land use conflicts among incompatible uses. Such lands are generally covered by Class I, II, and III soils as rated by the U.S. Natural Resource Conservation Service and are identified in the county farmland preservation plan as farmland preservation areas identified under Wis. Stats. Ch. 91.10 1 d in a farmland preservation plan described in Wis. Stats. Ch. 91.12 2. As a matter of policy, it is hereby determined that the highest and best use of these lands is agriculture.
