About this home
Public Remarks: This timeless split ranch is nestled on an almost 8 acre mature-tree lined landscape with mesmerizing western country views. Built in 2010 by Miracle Homes, an open airy design showcases the beauty outside and the attention to detail inside. The ceramic floors resemble wood for easy care and cleaning, and a vaulted ceiling highlights a beautiful stone natural fireplace in the great rooms corner. Corian counters in the kitchen are expansive with a large breakfast bar and open to the dining room and sunroom beyond. A large Primary ensuite also faces your scenic yard. Bring your animals and watch them frolic from the sweeping patio behind ideal for gazing at the sunsets. A 40x30 ''Cleary'' Pole Building offers a 40x8 covered porch for storage or added entertaining in the rain.

Prime Agricultural Land District
The primary purpose of this district is to maintain highly productive exclusive agricultural lands in food and fiber production by effectively limiting encroachment of non-agricultural development and minimizing land use conflicts among incompatible uses. Such lands are generally covered by Class I, II, and III soils as rated by the U.S. Natural Resource Conservation Service and are identified in the county farmland preservation plan as farmland preservation areas identified under Wis. Stats. Ch. 91.10 1 d in a farmland preservation plan described in Wis. Stats. Ch. 91.12 2. As a matter of policy, it is hereby determined that the highest and best use of these lands is agriculture.
