Residential-Rural Density Small District
The purpose of the Residential-Rural Density Small R-RS Zoning District is to provide a means of achieving the housing goals, objectives, and policies of the Comprehensive Plan or similar document. The intent of the R-RS Zoning District is to allow for residential land uses at densities compatible with other rural land uses, including but not limited to agriculture, and low-impact agricultural uses, on lots served by private onsite wastewater treatment systems, in and around existing or potential residential areas in accordance with the Existing Land Use Map and Future Land Use Map, or similarly named maps as contained in the Comprehensive Plan.
