Exclusive Agricultural District One
The purpose of the A-1 District is to provide a method of obtaining the agricultural goals and objectives and protecting the Agricultural Preservation Areas indicated in the Town Land Use Plan and be consistent with the adopted Rock County Agricultural Preservation Plan and Chapter 91 Farmland Preservation, Wisconsin Statutes, for the purpose of providing the basis for eligibility of farmland owners for Farmland Preservation Tax Credits.
