About this home

Public Remarks: This property is the last large parcel of virtually undeveloped land on Madeline Island with 66+ acres and 1351'+/- of shoreline. The land was originally used as a homestead and farm for the Olaf Anderson family and the home and outbuildings are still existing along with some apple trees. The driveway is lined with a majestic stand of pines and opens up to a beautiful meadow and an impressive south facing shoreline overlooking the Porcupine Mountains of Michigan. With a property this large you could have the ultimate privacy for a family estate or choose to divide into smaller parcels. Give us a call for a personal showing.
