Gorgeous parcel, with elevated portion offering spectacular views, and the White River flowing thru it. There is a buildable portion where the original farm house once stood, a functioning well, an insulated pump house, and is approved for a conventional septic. Abuts DNR land that will never be developed. Annual revenue from tillable portion. Remaining acreage is, in effect, a wildlife refuge along the White River. .. an ideal location for a vacation home with a farm feel to it - even an old fashion silo.
As the MLS and public records start to fill up, we'll list the details here.
