About this home
Public Remarks: Are you tired of the onslaught of one-room, gray-and-white sameness crammed onto tiny lots with no room to stretch? Then you will love this traditional colonial, adjacent to greenspace, with balanced spaces that feel right. With warm, whimsical colors, this impeccably maintained home boasts newer appliances and huge bay windows to take in the mature landscape. Curl up year-round on either the incredible deck with verdant views or next to the gas fireplace in the cozy family room. Save on energy with an array of solar panels. To top it all off, you are incredibly close to a panoply of grocery stores and restaurants (specializing in foods from around the globe), parks, indoor/outdoor sports, bike/walking trails, and so much more! What a find!

SR-C1
Suburban Residential-Consistent 1 District
The SR-C Districts are established to stabilize and protect the essential characteristics of low- to moderate-density residential areas typically located in the outlying parts of the City, and to promote and encourage a suitable environment for family life while accommodating a full range of life cycle housing. The districts are also intended to: Ensure that new buildings and additions to existing buildings are designed with sensitivity to their context in terms of building placement, facade width, height and proportions, garage and driveway placement, landscaping, and similar design features; Maintain and improve the viability of existing housing of all types, while providing for updating of older housing in a context-sensitive manner; Maintain or increase compatibility between residential and other allowed uses, and between different housing types, where permitted, by maintaining consistent building orientation and parking placement and screening; Facilitate the preservation, development or redevelopment goals of the Comprehensive Plan and of adopted neighborhood, corridor or special area plans; In new development, use of the SR-C1 District, in conjunction with other residential districts, should be limited to insuring a mix of housing types, or for reasons related to topography, stormwater management, or other environmental considerations.
