About this home
Public Remarks: Showings start 4/22. This move-in ready sun filled ranch home sits on a quiet street, lined w/ tall trees. Walk in the front door to a bright living room w/ oversized bay windows. This leads to the kitchen w/ a large area for dining. The best part is how the dining room opens up to a gem of a sun room w/ windows surrounded on all 3 sides & electric heat for winter months. I'm not sure I would spend much time outside of this room. All 3 bedrooms are on the main level & the master bedroom has its own full bath. The lower level is also light filled w/ large windows & sliding doors leading to your fenced backyard that features a deck & additional storage. Plenty of room for storage in the unfinished area. Windows '14, roof '16, siding '16, A/C '20 & expanded concrete driveway '14.

SR-C1
Suburban Residential-Consistent 1 District
The SR-C Districts are established to stabilize and protect the essential characteristics of low- to moderate-density residential areas typically located in the outlying parts of the City, and to promote and encourage a suitable environment for family life while accommodating a full range of life cycle housing. The districts are also intended to: Ensure that new buildings and additions to existing buildings are designed with sensitivity to their context in terms of building placement, facade width, height and proportions, garage and driveway placement, landscaping, and similar design features; Maintain and improve the viability of existing housing of all types, while providing for updating of older housing in a context-sensitive manner; Maintain or increase compatibility between residential and other allowed uses, and between different housing types, where permitted, by maintaining consistent building orientation and parking placement and screening; Facilitate the preservation, development or redevelopment goals of the Comprehensive Plan and of adopted neighborhood, corridor or special area plans; In new development, use of the SR-C1 District, in conjunction with other residential districts, should be limited to insuring a mix of housing types, or for reasons related to topography, stormwater management, or other environmental considerations.
