Code, ATCP 50); Compliance with standards contained in Chapter 91, Wisconsin Statutes to permit eligible landowners to receive tax credits for farming and includes lands currently cropped or pastured on NRCS soil capability classes 1, 2 and 3 that generally correspond with the current Fond du Lac County Agricultural Preservation Plan; All uses and buildings in the FLP Farmland Preservation District are to be dedicated to agricultural uses and uses under s. 91.42, Wis.
