Lots 22-23 Deepwoods Run, Ojibwa, WI 54862

Public Remarks: Two residential/recreational lots (Lots 22 & 23) totaling 18.43 acres of rolling, wooded land with approximately 545 feet of frontage on the Chippewa River in the Town of Ojibwa, WI. Ideally located south of the Chippewa Flowage Dam and north of the Radisson Flowage, this property sits at the end of a private road offering exceptional privacy and a peaceful Northwoods setting. An improved driveway leads to a cleared building site on Lot 23 with electric already run to the site (currently not activated). The elevated building site provides scenic north-facing views overlooking the river, with a walking path along the western edge of the lot leading down to the water. The property is uniquely framed by water features, with a creek forming the northern boundary of Lot 22 and continuing along the western and southern boundaries of Lot 23, while the northern boundary of Lot 23 fronts the Chippewa River. With established access, a prepared building location, and a mix of river and creek frontage, this property is well suited for a private home, cabin retreat, or recreational basecamp in the Northwoods.
