About this home
Public Remarks: Country estate on 34 acres in southern Walworth County, not far from the IL border, Delavan or Lake Geneva. Perfect for the hunter or hobby farmer! The newly renovated house features 3BR's, 2.5BA's. It has a bright, open concept and full finished basement with a Bonus Room. Outside, you'll find newer siding and an inviting deck. There is a large metal 3+ car detached garage with plenty of room for other storage. A smaller building is perfect for toys/equipment needed around the property. The property is teeming with wildlife, as the creek system is a natural draw for deer and other animals. Established food plots, included blinds and ladder stands make it ready to hunt this season. This is quality hunting right out your back door. Something difficult to find in SE Wisconsin
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.

Shoreland Wetland District
The district is created to maintain safe and healthful conditions, to prevent water pollution, to protect fish spawning grounds and wildlife habitat. The primary purpose of this district is to preserve, protect, and enhance the lakes, streams, and wetland areas in Walworth County in a manner that minimizes adverse impacts upon the wetland. The proper regulation of these areas will serve to maintain and improve water quality, both ground and surface; prevent flood damage; protect wildlife habitat; prohibit the location of structures on soils which are generally not suitable for such use; protect natural watersheds; preserve shore cover; preserve natural beauty; and protect the water based recreational resources of the County.
