The purpose of the Planned Development District PDD is to encourage and provide a means for effectuating desirable development, redevelopment, rehabilitation and conservation in the Village by allowing for greater flexibility, better utilization of topographical and natural site characteristics, and more economical and stable development with variations in siting, land use and types of dwellings and commercial buildings.
