The reason why current owner bought this house 22 years ago was because of its location. Very close to a lot stores (grocery, clothing, etc. ) without traveling great distances. It was also very close to the place of where she was employed. She didn't have far to drive in the car plus she could walk or ride my bike to work and this wasn't that far of a walk or ride. The second reason that she choose this house was of the price. ,It also was a nice size house for a 1st time home owner and for a couple just starting out together. The yard was big and would be great for children to play, very spacious. And lastly, she liked the floor plan of the house and a lot of storage space especially liked the storage space downstairs off the family room. Things that have been updated in the last 5 years was the air conditioning that was newly installed in the house. The floor in the laundry room, kitchen and the upstairs bathroom were also replaced. Patio outside the flag stone and the flower garden and the tera lock were also done. The seamless gutter the front and the back are new. Lastly, in the family room downstairs the carpet was replaced, the walls were painted and the ceiling was texturize. You should defiantly take a look at this house.

SR-2
Single Family Residential-2 District
This district intended to preserve and enhance existing areas of very low-density single family detached dwellings. Unlike the case for the RH-35 Rural Holding District, the land use standards for this district permit primarily single-family detached residential development at an approximate density of 2 dwelling units per acre and a variety of related institutional land uses. It is not oriented to a wide range of agricultural activities. As of the adoption of this Code, any existing two-family use on a parcel zoned Single-Family Residential-2 is a legal conforming land use.
