About this home
Public Remarks: Somewhere past the hustle and bustle, tucked away at the end of a meandering country road and surrounded by a rolling landscape reminiscent of a Walt Whitman poem, lies a true Wisconsin sanctuary, a mature timbered 60 acre estate, crescent doing on a sprawling ranch home. Immerse yourself in quiet mornings on the deck, watch deer and spotted fawns walk delicately across your private Oak Savannah. Stroll the two miles of trails. Inside, ample natural light spills through two story windows across an open floorplan; towering cathedral ceilings overhead. Chef?s kitchen segues into an immense living space, centered on a massive stone fireplace. A walk out lower level features bar and gym. A once in a lifetime opportunity - a one in a million property.

Lowland Resource Conservation District
The primary purpose of this district is to preserve, protect, and enhance the lakes, streams, and wetland areas in Walworth County. The proper regulation of these areas will serve to maintain and improve water quality, both ground and surface; prevent flood damage; protect wildlife habitat; prohibit the location of structures on soils which are generally not suitable for such uses; protect natural watersheds; and protect the water based recreational resources of the County.
