Canaan Valley views on 2.14 Acres in Old Timberline Opportunities like this don't come along often! Discover 2.14 acres in the prestigious Old Timberline community with the potential for beautiful, long-range views overlooking Canaan Valley. This distinctive lot offers multiple access points from Fern Lane, Ridge Road, and Mountainside Road, providing flexibility when planning your future mountain retreat. One of the most appealing features of this property is the glading (clearing of downed trees) that has already been done across much of the lot, creating a more open, park-like setting and helping the property stand apart from many of the heavily wooded lots in the area. Build toward the upper portion of the property and take advantage of the natural elevation to capture the best possible views down into Canaan Valley. Whether you're dreaming of a full-time mountain residence, private vacation getaway, or income-producing vacation rental, this property offers an incredible setting in one of the area's most sought-after communities. Old Timberline is a private, gated community encompassing approximately 3,500 acres, surrounded by some of the best outdoor recreation in the region. Residents enjoy access to two private lakes, fishing, miles of trails, and direct access into Dolly Sods Wilderness, providing an exceptional recreational lifestyle without having to make the long drive to the Bear Rocks entrance. And the location is hard to beat. You're just minutes from Timberline Mountain, Canaan Valley Resort, White Grass Touring Center, Dolly Sods, Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge, Blackwater Falls, hiking, biking, fishing, skiing, and countless other four-season adventures. This is more than just a piece of land. It's an opportunity to create a mountain home in a community where privacy, recreation, natural beauty, and breathtaking valley scenery come together.
