UNRESTRICTED FUTURE PARADISE. This property has been owned by the same family for over 100 years. Tiny cabin, most often used as a hunter's hangout, sits perfectly among the tall trees and offers privacy plus to those who wish for a peaceful place for recreation or hunting. Land is gently rolling and borders the railroad tracks. Although off the beaten path, you're still only about 10 minutes from the center of Hedgesville. There are a few outbuildings on the property as well. Owner is conveying the contents of the cabin to whomever purchases this property. Although no utilities are hooked up to this property, owner says there's an old well on the property (not functional) and an electric pole is nearby, so that shouldn't be too big of an issue to get electric. Property was perked. Owner has a right of way to access this property. Come take a look at it . . . you might be pleasantly surprised what you will find. Home does need rehabbing, but if you're so intrepid, you can always build or place a mobile home here as well.
