I was assigned to Kristal through my employer, and from our very first phone call, I knew I was in great hands. She immediately took the time to truly get to know me; not just what I wanted in a house, but what mattered to me overall. I never once felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. She genuinely had my best interest at heart every step of the way. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly responsive; always answering my texts and calls within an hour, if not instantly. That level of communication gave me so much peace of mind during what can be a very stressful time. At one point, we ran into a document issue with my lender, and I truly do not believe it would have been resolved without her involvement. She stepped in, advocated for me, and helped get everything back on track. I’m so grateful for her diligence and dedication. Beyond her professionalism, she is personable, funny, and just so easy to be around. I honestly feel like I’ve known her for years. On the day I received my keys, she even left treats for my dogs since we’re both such big dog lovers. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant so much to me. I cannot recommend her enough. She made my home buying experience smooth, supportive, and even enjoyable.
