Unable to say enough kind words in regards to Zulma ! She was absolutely attentive to our needs from the very start of the process ! She provided us with a very professional & informed game plan, was present every step of the way & communicated a clear understanding of what was needed to accomplish the selling of our home. She quite frankly went above and beyond any typical agent with the communications between the buyer’s agent, herself and us to seal the deal. Several times the buyer adjusted his closing date and Zulma’s patience and availability provided us a smooth path to adjust and prepare our closing tasks.

Zulma was very knowledgeable of the area and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She was EXTREMELY patient as I changed areas and types of homes and communities. She never made me feel as if I was being difficult. I got sick during the process and she was understanding about having to put looking for a place on hold for a bit. I was an out of state buyer and she kept adjusting searches and always scheduled virtual walk throughs around my crazy schedule. I would recommend any friend or family member use Zulma. She is amazing!
