Jason Statham might be trying to fly under the radar in his new movie “Spy,” but there is nothing covert about his recent real estate dealings.
The British action star just listed his Spanish-style villa in Los Angeles for $8.999 million (shown above). The 47-year-old actor purchased the six-bedroom compound back in 2011 from actor Ben Stiller for a touch more than $7.3 million. The gorgeous Mediterranean-style home is incredibly romantic, maintaining that old world charm while still offering luxury conveniences such as a home theater and a beautiful gourmet kitchen.
But, trying to sell this home is just one of many real estate stunts this star has been working on these days. Statham scooped up a four-bedroom midcentury modern home in Hollywood Hills West for $2.7 million (shown below) just a few weeks ago, which is quite the detour from the charming villa he is currently looking to sell.
And it looks like Statham certainly has a thing for modern style, because the actor splashed out a whopping $13 million for another modern abode in Beverly Hills (shown below) with his girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whitely earlier this year.
