The Kennedy’s vintage ranch hit the market on September 4 for $5.95 million. The “Wexford” estate was built in the early 1960s and was designed by Jackie Kennedy herself. The ranch has been on and off the market since 2013 and was originally priced at $10.995 million.
The large vintage estate is housed on over 166 acres of land and includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and a pool. The Kennedy’s house also has a tennis court, a stable, a pond and stone walls.
The home is located in Marshall, Virginia, just outside of Middleburg, Virginia. The average home price in Marshall is around $650,000. But, with all the amazing features (Jackie Kennedy designed it) and for an opportunity to own a piece of presidential history, the “Wexford” estate seems to be worth the $5.95 million price tag.
