“My favorite place in Huntington Beach is called Pirate’s Cove Beach. It’s somewhat secluded, offering an atmosphere that is peaceful and serene. A lot of beaches have really harsh light throughout the day, however, Pirate’s Cove Beach has small caves, providing plenty of shade. There’s a little hidden gem not too far from the pier called Central Library. It’s on a property with a huge park that’s great for photos, nature walks, or a relaxing picnic in the park. The library itself is pretty large and a fun place to go for a chill day. I love coming to this park for portrait sessions because it has lots of pretty scenery and it’s only a few miles from the HB pier so you could easily do a half nature, half beach session.” Belinda Philleo
