Redfin continues to update our U.S. COVID-19 policies in alignment with the latest CDC guidance and state and local government directives. The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority.
As of February 22, 2022:
- Redfin agents and any other field employees are required to wear a mask at the beginning of all in-person events, regardless of vaccination status. Masks may be removed if the customer agrees and local guidelines allow it.
- Customers are only required to wear a mask if required by local rules. Customers may also be required to wear a mask if the homeowner requires a mask to enter their home.
- We continue to offer virtual service options if a customer prefers, and to people with cold or flu symptoms. If you’re sick or might be sick, we can’t meet with you in person, but are happy to use video chat to take you on a live home tour or make a plan for selling your home.
