The season premiere of Bravo’s Life After Top Chef is Wednesday, October 3, and revolves around the lives of four of the most beloved “cheftestants.”The show follows Richard Blais in Atlanta, Jen Carroll in Philadelphia, Spike Mendelsohn in D.C., and Fabio Viviani in Los Angeles as they return to the real world and aim to open new restaurants. With all that publicity fueling their success, we’re guessing these four chefs will soon be in the market for a major home upgrade. Jen has been trained by chef Eric Ripert in modern French cuisine, but her favorite thing to make is a really good sandwich. She’s currently working on opening a new restaurant in Philly called Concrete Blonde.
