I am sorry they were unhappy with our services. I know that our entire team dedicated all of our talents, time, and resources to serving our customers to the best of our ability, however, I can see that it didn’t measure up in this case. For this, we apologize, and I acknowledge how challenging the financing process was, with the condominium approval and other unexpected challenges that nobody could have anticipated. Ultimately though, our team’s commitment saw things through and did close as promised with a lower monthly payment and lower closing costs than originally quoted.
