On the outskirts of the Historic Gold Rush town of Hornitos, at the base of Santa Cruz Mountain, lies a 20 Acre Peaceful Paradise, well off the beaten path. Completely perimeter fenced, and if they could talk, I'm certain the remnants of the old quartz rock walls could tell some tall tales. A lone Palm Tree stands vigil over the seasonal creek & pond. Near the bottom of the Vintage Wind Mill is an old rock lined cellar, indicative of where the original homestead must have once stood. At one time or another, other improvements were made to the property, but the years have taken their toll & it will take some TLC to bring things back to working order. Solar might be a good option
