LA asks for more time to decide at 6PM Saturday night (still no other offers) because of "seller family emergency." Next day, 5 minutes before our acceptance deadline, the LA says they "out of no where received another offer $5K over ours" . . . . somehow those people knew to go to $785K though and gave a 3 hour acceptance deadline. . . . . …
