“This honor reflects the hard work, local expertise and commitment Redfin agents bring to every transaction. Whether helping first-time buyers navigate a competitive market, guiding sellers through pricing and marketing strategies, or assisting clients relocating across the Chicago area, these agents continue to deliver exceptional service and results,” John Malandrino, Redfin’s Chicago Senior Marketing Manager, said.
Redfin principal agent and Chicagoland native Daniel Close, ranked No. 13. He has been at Redfin for 13 years and closed over $600 million in sales volume in his career.
“I love helping people get to where they want to be every day without really thinking about my personal numbers,” Close said. “My focus is always on improving the service I provide to my clients and the strategies I use to get buyers into their dream home and sellers the best price and terms for their home. I’m grateful and proud of myself, my team and all the wonderful clients we had the pleasure of working with last year.”
