Redfin is proud to announce Chelsea Goyer has been named one of HousingWire’s 2016 Rising Stars, recognizing her as one of the most innovative young leaders in the real estate industry today. As director of partner programs and expansion, Chelsea has propelled Redfin’s growth nationwide.
“Chelsea is definitely a rising star when it comes to making things happen in real estate,” said Scott Nagel, president of real estate operations for Redfin. “Her energy, enthusiasm and drive to move real estate forward, whether through Redfin’s partner program or working with local Multiple Listing Services, is incredible.”
Under her direction, the company expanded into 58 new markets over the past two years. Chelsea’s deep understanding of the housing market and natural ability to build strong relationships were crucial in the brokerage’s success forging agreements with local MLSs and joining the real estate communities in each market.
Chelsea is also responsible for the success of Redfin’s Partner Agent program, which enables Redfin to provide excellent service to customers by referring them to agents at other brokerages. As the primary architect and director of this program, Chelsea has built a network of more than one thousand top-notch real estate agents who share Redfin’s commitment to customer service and value.
In her day-to-day management of the Partner program, Chelsea is sharp, business-minded and detailed. She works closely with the product management and engineering teams to design an experience that not only wows Redfin’s customers, but their partner agents as well.
Chelsea started her career with Redfin in 2007 as a transaction coordinator and has progressively taken on new roles and responsibilities, bringing her enthusiasm and innovative ideas to every project she touches. In addition to her impressive professional accomplishments, Chelsea is a wonderful colleague and a proud new mom. She cares deeply about her team members, who describe her as incredibly resourceful and an absolutely wonderful person to work with.
