Initially, I thought Elite did a thorough job. Many of their findings were very important to us understanding our house and what needed repair by the seller (e.g. water heater, pipes under the house, electrical). However, soon after (before and right after moving in), we learned about a gas leak behind our stove and issues with our furnace and HVAC, including ductwork issues that should have been evident during inspection. This will cost us substantial money. If we would have known, we would have asked the seller to make repairs/replacements.
