Valerie was absolutely fantastic. She gave us so much peace of mind during an extremely stressful process. I don't know what we would have done with Valerie - she knew how to navigate each step of the process, giving us so much confidence and alleviating so much stress. She was always so responsive, always answering our emails and calls, and never making us feel like a burden.
