I wouldn’t have found A Frame Real Estate without Redfin. They were awesome! Quick to respond, very easy to work with and we are now 5 months into our new home! We house shopped for over a year prior with no luck. Messaged Tia from A Frame and she got us into our dream home very quickly with very little headache. We are selling a home out of state and we wish they worked in that state because we know we can trust them. I recommend them every chance I get.

We had worked with a different agent prior to Kristi. Our listing was active for almost a year. That agent listed it, and just let it sit. When Kristi took over, she told us she never had a listing she didn't sell. She worked that listing: she staged the house, she directed us to make specific changes to bring the house up to date, she targeted social media, and agents. Within a few days, offers started rolling in. In the end, we actually had a bidding war, and the house was only listed for about a month. What does Kristi do different? She actually works to sell the house. I am extremely impressed and recommend her every time.
