As we are new to Nashville we didn't have a good perspective on the housing market. Aaron guided us as to what different neighborhoods offered and spent the time to show us those neighborhoods. He was always very responsive to our questions and requests and he provided helpful guidance through the bidding and purchase process. We would recommend Aaron to anyone wishing to purchase a house in Nashville.

Aaron, is very a very friendly and works hard to help you find a buyer for your property. He found a young couple who fell in love with the property and made some suggestions on how to make the deal work. I agreed with his recommendations based on current market conditions and high long term mortgage rates. We closed on house 6/5/24. Aaron is an outstanding agent. He goes beyond himself to make sure all the customer's requests are covered. My wife and myself are walking with canes and he arranged for the Title company attorney to come to our house to sign the closing documents. You have an agent that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking to buy a house. I don't think you could have assigned me a better agent. I think your company is fortunate to have him work for you.
