He is honest, and he is also candid in his feedback, which is a wonderful thing, especially with first time home buyers like ourselves. He will tell you when he thinks your are offering too much, when an inspection is probably not necessary, or when you are making a request that is unlikely to be well received by the other party. He is also not pushy, always letting you know that it is your decision and that he is there to support you.
