Abby is a fantastic representative for Redfin and Realtors in general. She was very professional, took time to explain the in's and out's of my contingency offer. Had to present continued extension of contingency several times to the seller and go the extra mile when there were challenges with technology on the buyers end of things. Abby was so helpful in familiarizing me with the new world to me of leased land and the Shelter Bay requirements. She was also sensitive to the fact that I was moving because my husband had recently passed and it was a difficult time for me. She offered sage advice and helped me remain calm several times when we didn't know if seller would agree to extension. Anyone seeking a realtor would be lucky to have Abby on their team. I give her a 10+.... Thanks so much Abby.
