Abigail is a terrific agent. She was my selling agent, and I highly recommend her if you need someone to represent you in buying a home. She took time to sit down with me and listen to what I was looking for. She went house shopping with me on multiple occasions. She booked my appointments, and she wrote all of my offers and counteroffers in a timely fashion. All that is fine and good, and par for the course for any decent Realtor, but here's really why I recommend her to be your agent: when I was in negotiations with a seller, and I had given up because we could not mutually agree on a price, she kept the back channels open with the listing agent and kept negotiating.
