Steve took care of overseeing all the repairs that were necessary after our tenant left and before putting the house on the market. He also made suggestions about updating and monitored the work that was done. Steve was on top of all marketing and our house was sold promptly and at a great price. He was the best real estate agent we could have even hoped to have.
