At the very beginning I was concerned about having been referred this random guy when I approached Redfin about selling my house. I need not have been. Adam won me over with his professionalism, knowledge, enthusiasm and caring nature. He knows his stuff and I can't begin to describe how much I relied on him. I had never bought or sold a house on my own before, but it was easy to have confidence in him and the process went so well, I almost wish it was still going on. Not really, but you get what I mean.
