I can’t recommend Adam Rosenthal enough. He was my agent when I bought my condo in Santa Clarita back in 2020, and when it came time to sell in 2026, there wasn’t really a question about who I’d call. He’s handled both buy and sell sides for me now, and both times he was just solid. What stood out this time is that the sale wasn’t straightforward at all. There were structural issues with the complex, a tough HOA to deal with, and challenges with the buyer's financing. It felt like it could’ve fallen apart more than once. Adam stayed calm through all of it and just kept working the problem. He didn’t sugarcoat anything either.
