Where do I even begin? Adam LISTENS. He quickly understood what my wife Jennifer and I were looking for and helped us tour homes right away. He also discussed the different ways we could make our offer more appealing in such a competitive market. We came up with a gameplan and Adam helped me stick with it. His practical nature was very calming and helpful. Buying a home is a very emotional process and he helped us stay the course. We lost out on our first bidding war and immediately re-grouped. On only our 2nd home, our offer won out of 5 others. We were thrilled. However, the inspection came back and a major issue with the roof was found. Adam not only negotiated to have the seller pay for the majority of the repair but also negotiated to allow us to choose the roofing company that would be completing the job so that we could choose the style and colors. We are now living in our dream home with a brand new roof that has a 50-year warranty! Highly recommend.
