As a first -time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous and new to the process. Adam was able to explain every step that I took and was very knowledgeable about the new programs out there to assist new homebuyers. Along with being knowledgeable, Adam was able to work around my very busy lifestyle, which meant phone calls in the early mornings, later in the evening, or texting. He was able to assist me in finding a mortgage broker who could answer all my loan questions. I would highly recommend Adam to any of my family or friends looking to buy a house.

It was time to sell my large family home and downsize after raising my children and foster children. It was overwhelming for many reasons…emotional attachment and just a lot of work to ready the house for sale after living there for nearly three decades. I cannot even explain in words how great Adam was, so on top of every detail and always calm and reassuring. The house sold for far more than I thought it would and the closing was seamless. I have since referred Adam to my clients who are selling homes in the process of a divorce (can be a stressful process), and he has been an excellent resource, always professional, even in high conflict situations, great problem solver. I highly recommend Adam Wenzel and Wenzel Homes!! Adam was referred to me and I’m so thankful, after 20+ years I needed to put our family home on the market.
