We have had an exceptional experience with Ahmed as our agent for selling our property. We live in Dallas, TX and the property for sale was in Falls Church, VA. Ahmed suggested that we do some remodeling to increase the sale value significantly. He managed to hire a contractor, monitored the work daily, purchased supplies, brainstormed ideas with us on designs, handled the entire process of staging by providing three options and then working with them and getting us the best deal, arranged for a photographer, and provided guidance throughout the process. The closing was done remotely without a hitch. And here's the kicker: he did not charge us anything, in addition to the sale commission, for managing the remodeling project!
