Initially Remi was always answering calls, texts, and emails. After the contract was signed, his response times slowed gradually to several days with every excuse you can think of. Even days before closing, he disappeared for some days and did not respond to emails, texts, or phone calls. He resurfaced, with no apology and an excuse. I had to call the main number to report him. Now that the house has closed, there outstanding items that he has washed his hands off and now has refused to respond to emails. He also pulled a no call/no show and did not respond to my follow up email.
