Alejandro is A NICE GUY, don't get me wrong, but as a Realtor, he is a COMPLETE NOVICE. He has so much to learn on the job of being a Realtor. Makes promises, builds hope, but can not deliver. It is not about sweet talk and false promises bro. If you see something missing in the product for sale, FIND WAYS OF IMPROVING IT, WITH THE HELP OF THE SELLER OF COURSE! And when called out, he gets so mad upset! Telling me, "you will sell your house yourself," And why not? I'm so glad I got my house off his hands.
