Prompt, professional, honest and on the ball... I can't recommend Alex enough as a realtor. Alex listened to my needs and honed in quickly on the kind of home I was looking for, which really shortened the search process. He was good at sending me reminders and keeping the buying process moving along. He showed up early and well-prepared to every meeting or showing. Alex has experience in construction and a good network of trusted contacts and vendors for insurance, inspectors, closing agents. For me, his referrals took a lot of the anxiety out of buying. In the end, I was able to zero in on a house I liked within a couple of weeks, and close within two weeks of first viewing the house.
Alex is a superb realtor. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. I’ve purchased 11 properties. My real estate purchase experience with Alex was my easiest and smoothest I’ve ever experienced. A+ Realtor!

Alex did exactly what he said he would, he said he’d sell my house and he said he’d find me a home, and he did. He was honest, hardworking, and patient. I would recommend Alex highly.

Alex was recently our buying agent for a home we closed on in March 2021. He streamlined the process making it a very smooth transaction and was always available for us when we had questions or concerns. He is very transparent and attentive from the moment you meet him. We firmly believe that if it weren’t for Alex and his help we would not be in this wonderful house we now have and love. Alex is a very respectable gentleman and carries a very professional attitude.
