Alicia is an amazing real estate agent. Being from out of state and out of country, she helped me with local and remote showings, and helped me close the deal remotely from Canada. She definitely went above and beyond my expectations, and I am sure that I will be using her services when it's time to move on to the next property.

Alicia was amazing from the start. My wife and I were looking to uproot our entire lives from New England and have a fresh start here in the Myrtle Beach area. She made the process so easy and in the short amount of time we were here looking for a house she helped us find our perfect starter house. Alicia was very upfront, honest and eased our worries when we had concerns during the process since we were hundreds of miles away during most of the time before we closed earlier this week. Alicia is a hard working go getter and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! I would recommend her to everyone especially closed loved ones and friends. She made the process so easy especially given, we were so far away.
