As a person who is very busy, sometimes you were very nice; but sometimes you were short with us. Perhaps you were dealing with physical issues, however, a professional realizes that the customer is priority. As a professional, you were sometimes not in possession of all the facts we needed and did not offer the information that we didn't know we needed. In other words, you were not thorough with the information. You mentioned needing to write things down. Perhaps, before you answer a client, you should review the texts that you have sent the client to see what information you have sent and verify that some information you thought you had sent - you will find that you had not sent. I am so happy that I was matched with Alicia. She was very patient and honest throughout the whole process of us selling our house. I never questioned anything she told us, and I had trust that she was leading us in the right direction. I can be an anxious person at times and worry about what might happen, but she completely put me and my husband at ease during our time working together.
