As a person who is very busy, sometimes you were very nice; but sometimes you were short with us. Perhaps you were dealing with physical issues, however, a professional realizes that the customer is priority. As a professional, you were sometimes not in possession of all the facts we needed and did not offer the information that we didn't know we needed. In other words, you were not thorough with the information. You mentioned needing to write things down. Perhaps, before you answer a client, you should review the texts that you have sent the client to see what information you have sent and verify that some information you thought you had sent - you will find that you had not sent. We were clients that had never purchased a house in foreclosure. We had no clue as to what we needed to do. We needed an agent that would take us through the process - step by step, not assuming that we knew what we were doing. We had never sent a wire transfer of monies before. We would have appreciated an explanation that purchasing a house with "cash", did not mean that we would have the cash on our person and deliver it "in person". It meant that we would provide a "money order", a "cashier's check", or a "wire transfer". (Hispanics deal literally in cash.) It meant that we were not making a loan from an institution. Being told that we needed to get a money order, take a picture of it, and send it to you; then being told later that the money order was not acceptable - was frustrating. Perhaps information should be relayed to the client only when it is known to be correct. We are thankful that everything worked out in the end. We were surprised to find that the front door and the side door of the house were unlocked. The back door with the lock box was locked. There was evidence of someone having been in the house and having placed odor eliminators there, and having patched some of the holes in the floors, and having put railings on the front porch. I am so happy that I was matched with Alicia. She was very patient and honest throughout the whole process of us selling our house.
