She was excellent to work with. I was remote and selling my home from out of town which required her to help me find many contractors, stage the home, help ensure the house was cleaned/clear.
I got a good price for a home I had purchased and improved. I am very happy with the results
It was quiet for a few weeks, but I had 3 offers come in at the same time. She helped me negotiate and then keep the deal together after inspections.
I needed her help and without it, my home would not be sold right now. I would sell a home with her again.

After interviewing other companies we decided to go with Alisa. Her knowledge of real estate, taking time out to answer all of our questions was outstanding. Alisa staged our home in the best light for video, pictures and open house. WE had our first offer at the full asking price within 12 hours after listing our house. At the open house we also received a 2nd contract..
