AJ, is as good as it gets. We utilized him as our agent to buy our home and then used his services again to sell our previous home. I left a previous positive review on the buying side, and now that the selling process is over, I can continue to say he's a fantastic agent to work with on the selling side as well. We received a couple of offers within a week, and AJ helped us evaluate the best option to accept. We had some difficult challenges the buyer brought through the closing process via negotiations and financing, which AJ helped us navigate professionally and promptly. AJ made us feel like we had a strong person to represent us no matter the situation. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
